With 7+ yrs of experience in mental health, I offer a gentle, warm, and down-to-earth approach. I draw on practices like CBT, ACT, DBT and mindfulness to help you explore your experiences, build resilience and reconnect with your authentic self.
I see you as a whole person - mind, body, and the social world around you - and I place importance on compassionate, holistic care.
